Use of the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation Name and Logo
Foundation are registered trademarks and may not be used without written permission. Organizations wishing to develop a logo use agreement with the Foundation for donating event funds or product sales must apply at least three weeks in advance of the event or sale of their product. Once the organization has been approved and a logo use agreement has been signed, the name and logo may be used in all forms of advertising to describe the donation.
Please use the links below to apply for the affiliate agreement that best suits your fundraising efforts. All organizations that wish to apply for a logo use agreement must complete one of these forms in order to be considered for a partnership. The Foundation reserves the right to refuse any application for partnership that is inappropriate or does not support the mission of the Foundation.
Please note: Until a fully executed Letter of Agreement is received by the organization, use of the NFFF name, logo, or any of its licensed marks is strictly prohibited. Due to safety and liability concerns, some types of events cannot be approved. These include events involving, but not limited to: drugs, tobacco, and/or adult content. NFFF strongly adheres to the Better Business Bureau’s Standards for Charity Accountability.
