The Clifford Harris Memorial Fund is in honor of Fallen Fire Chief Clifford Harris who lost his life in the line of duty on June 28, 1994. Clifford was 50 years old and had served in the Rusk Volunteer Fire Department for over 20 years.
Kendall Murphy was a disciplined and hard-working former student athlete who graduated from Barr-Reeve in 2009. He moved back to
