Life Insurance
Minimum benefit amount of 1x annual salary; if policyholder opted to purchase additional coverage, benefit amount may be up to 2x annual salary.

Health Insurance
Surviving spouse and dependents who were covered under firefighter’s Marion County health insurance plan are eligible to apply for COBRA coverage.
