Boot Scootin’ Boogie – A Night to Honor Our Fire Heroes

For 21 years, Stop, Drop, Rock ‘n’ Roll has been a signature event at FDIC, bringing the fire service community together for a night of fun and philanthropy. This year, we’re bringing a Boot Scootin’ Boogie twist to this beloved event! Dust off your cowboy boots and join us for a high-energy night of country fun while honoring America’s fallen firefighters.

Join us for an unforgettable evening filled with live country music, line dancing, great food, and exciting auctions—all while supporting the families of firefighters who have made the ultimate sacrifice.

The National Fallen Firefighters Foundation is dedicated to honoring America’s fallen fire heroes, supporting their families, colleagues, and organizations, and working to reduce preventable firefighter deaths and injuries. Silent Auction Will Benefit the Families of Our Fallen Firefighters​

Boot Scootin’ Boogie includes a Silent Auction, which benefits the programs of the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation. Every auction bid and donation made helps fund programs that support to families of fallen firefighters, offer resources to fire departments, and advance and promote firefighter safety.

Cliff Dorsey

Cliff Dorsey, a Nashville-based country artist from High Springs, Florida, is known for his rich baritone and storytelling reminiscent of Cash, Haggard, and Strait.

​The title track of his debut EP, New Neon, produced by Zach Swon & Colton Swon, reached Top 40 on MusicRow charts. Now collaborating with Janelle Arthur on a five-single project through 2024-2025, with the team’s first release from the project ‘Your Guess’ reaching Top 40 on the MusicRow charts.

Dorsey’s performances captivate coast-to-coast audiences. Having opened for acts like Justin Moore, HARDY and Riley Green, Dorsey is a rising talent connecting fans with traditional country roots.
