Caitlin McGuire joined the Foundation’s Fire Service Programs team on February 1, 2021, as the new Events Management and Special Projects consultant. She has an extensive background in grant writing, grant management, conference planning, and program management in the nonprofit world.
Caitlin earned a Bachelor’s Degree from George Mason University, is the daughter of a well-respected life- time volunteer firefighter and federal law enforcement manager in Fairfax County, VA, and the niece of one of our honorees on the National Fallen Firefighter Memorial.
Caitlin, her husband, and three children reside in northern Virginia. Her passions include figure skating (she was a U.S. Figure Skating Team Member and coaches emerging skaters), learning with her children, vision-oriented home improvement projects, and gardening.
