A portion of NY-259 from Lyell Avenue to Nichols Street near the Spencerport Fire Department is now named “Firefighter Robert Fowler Memorial Highway.”
The formal dedication was held on October 12, 2023, with the Fowler family, state and local officials, and members of the NFFF Rochester Area Events Team. This was an important milestone in remembering Robert, who was icon in the Spencerport community.
